Wastewater & Waste Oil Filter Paper Series
Metallurgical processes generate waste oil/water from equipment cooling (70% of total), flue gas washing, and site cleaning. Indirect cooling water recycles directly post-cooling. Direct cooling water-containing pollutants, dust, and metal particles-requires sedimentation, purification, and precision filtration before reuse. Our system uses multi-layer composite media to trap 0.5-100μm solids/colloids, achieving <5NTU turbidity with chemical flocculation pretreatment, meeting industrial recycling standards.

Industrial water-oil treatment for mine wastewater, sinter plant wastewater, ironmaking wastewater, blast furnace gas washing water, continuous casting machine wastewater, clean circulating water systems, steel rolling mill wastewater.
 

Filter Paper Features

· Engineered for metallurgical circulating water, efficiently traps impurities to prevent chemical interference in coolants, cleaners, and acid solutions. Extends cleaning/cooling liquid life by 4-8 months in optimized systems.

· Superior oil filtration and substrate properties prevent sludge blockages and filter aging. Extends sewage/filtration equipment lifespan while ensuring stable water quality, production continuity, and full environmental compliance.

· Long-fiber materials and unique processes block pretreatment chemical fiber residues from clogging ceramic membranes, simplifying maintenance and significantly extending membrane life.
